Just a note to say a Huge “Thank you” for supervising the repair of my very precious engagement ring. I discovered a diamond missing from my diamond cluster ring at work about a month ago and after the initial shock and panic I had no hesitations in returning it to Thomas Jewellers in Ballarat where it was purchased 25 years ago.

I collected it last Monday from your service department and was absolutely ecstatic to put it back on my finger and see the magnificent craftsmanship that your jeweller had worked to restore my ring. I was served by a lovely young lady who restored my faith in good old-fashioned customer service which is very rare these days, but I know only too well that it is essential and expected at Thomas Jewellers as I worked there myself in 1985 and it certainly hasn’t changed.

Recently we had the misfortune to have our home broken into. We lost some electrical goods, a camera, mobile phone and all of my jewellery, other than a few items that I was wearing at the time. Our insurance company advised me to obtain two quotes for replacement of the jewellery.

Thomas Jewellers were exceptionally professional, understanding and caring. Having accumulated my jewellery over a 40 year period, most of the items were irreplaceable and held great sentimental value. Thomas Jewellers took the time to ensure my selections were unhurried and well advised.

I would particularly like to thank yourself and Wendy, whom I had the first contact with upon entering your store. I would highly recommend Thomas Jewellers, for their outstanding service and wide selection of goods.

I have been shopping at your stores first in Melbourne, then in Ballarat and now since I have been living in Geelong in your Geelong store since 1965. Because of your salesperson Debbie, that helps in every way possible, I do not walk out of your store without buying something. There are times that I go in and I’m not sure what to buy and Debbie never fails to help me. Her smile and presentation no matter how busy she is, always welcomes me in your store.
