Thomas Jewellers offers an unparalleled 90 Day Return Policy for all online purchases. This not only assures you of the quality of our jewellery but also gives you sufficient time to be sure about the choice you made.

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it subject to the following conditions:

  • The piece is in its original condition. Those pieces showing sign of wear-and-tear, alterations (done by anyone other than Thomas Jewellers) or any form of damage would not qualify for this return offer.
  • Engraved jewellery does not qualify for this return offer.

Once we receive the item, our quality department will examine the piece and refund the price, if it´s found to be satisfying all rules applicable for refund. Please ensure that you have the necessary bills/original packaging of the piece before contacting us for refund.
